We have some good features such as AllowDuplicates and AllosInPlayerView for SpawnAction, that can also be used in random events to prevent all the creatures spawn on the same spawn point which right now happens quiete a lot. Quick example: Wreck encounters always spawn all the creatures at the exact same place. You can add AllowDuplicates="false" and it will spawn creatures in different rooms without additional events.
