This release fixes the accidental chord inversions and adds more chords.

Internally, the dependency to Python and chords2midi has been removed.
Project only uses JS/TS libraries now and is much faster and more versatile for this specific purpose.

Removed chords with bass root note for now.
Considering to add chords with various (common) bass notes instead, e.g. DMaj/F#
