NEW UI/WORKFLOW: New 'Blocks' group in Draft mode

Describe the new feature you would like to see in Seamly

Create a new 'Blocks' group in the Left menu of Draft mode.

This group would hold tools to easily create blocks that are based on existing block data:
(These tools would have a required option to create the new block within a currently existing block, or create it as a separate block)

• Sleeves
• Collars
• Cuffs
• Pockets - Inside
• Pockets - Outside
• Waistbands
