fwf pathweight read in brittle with extra lines

When pathweight file is read in with extra whitespace/line endings, it treats them as a separate demand mode/user class combo and then Fast-Trips fails because of lack of transfer penalty for a NaN NaN combo.

I suspect this can be fixed by clearing trailing line endings.
