• judge if the file content changed, (using file properties ? git)
• find headings/notes that match to notes, judge if already imported, import if not
• get the notes that already imported, update root field
• find all the cloze deletion, judge if cloze-deletion already imported,
• get all the cards that inside the note, compare to the cloze-deletion that found in the file, delete if not exist anymore; modify if changed; besides, if the card is buried, mark the cloze-deletion to be no-cloze('c0').
• update Text and Extra field
• get all the cloze-deletion that not imported, do import
