Could you please try to execute netsh winsock reset in cmd with Administrator privilege?

基本上确认是迅雷的问题：我win 8.1下今天安装迅雷后无法正常使用，卸载后一切正常。
Translation:
win 8.1 with Thunder(a download utility), socks comes unusable. All green after uninstall Thunder.

Any more information on this? I feel sorry that things didn't work on your side. But could you please tell us what exactly isn't working?

Is direct connection used instead of proxy? Or is there any error?
