Updated GC context program

Hi Felix,

Apologies if this isn't the right place to ask this, but it seemed the most appropriate. A couple weeks ago you fixed a bug in the GC context option when running coverage2cytosine to extract methylation data (thanks again for your help with that!). It is working great now, but I wondered if it would be possible to update the program in the main branch so that it doesn't need to be run out of the dev branch?

I'm (clearly!) not an expert in programming or bioinformatics, so please let me know if this is not an issue of updating the main program but rather something I need to do on my end instead that I'm just not aware of.
