As per User story 10.1

Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN the org owner click/taps on the ‘Positions’ tab in the navigation menu on the org page/profile WHEN they are presented with the 'Positions' page/screen THEN they must be able to see displayed a text field where the user is allowed to input text up to 500 characters.

But more than 500 characters are allowed to enter. Text is displayed out of box as well.
