Introduce the programming language environment concept.

Dialogs, settings for letting Stevie know what programming language it’s dealing with:

  • Assembly language
  • GPL
  • Basic / Extended Basic
  • c99
  • UCSD Pascal

Depending on the language in use, different file formats besides DV80 need to be supported.
Language integration for UCSD Pascal could contain interaction with the UCSD Pascal card (or SDM99)
