Part of the reason our CSS payload is so absolutely ludicrous for all of our projects is due to the following:

  1. We use $o-whatever-is-silent: false in literally every component
  2. All of our CSS is global

This means that CSS for every component is included whether we use them or not. This is extremely suboptimal.

In conjunction with finding a solution for #211, I'm going to tackle this branch of work this week.
