Please add a polyfill for CustomEvent. https://github.com/kumarharsh/custom-event-polyfill might be used.

Details

CustomEvent has quite a good browser support. The culprit being IE9+ which does not support the constructor but only the older API: https://caniuse.com/#feat=customevent

OK, it is actually included. I missed it because of the broken filtering (polyfillpolyfill/polyfill-service#1895)
