Bei der aktuellen Variante von Tetris ist es möglich den beweglichen Stein über andere Steine hinweg zu bewegen. Dabei kann der Spieler nicht erkennen, wenn sein Stein einen anderen Stein (teilweise) verdeckt. Nur dort, wo keine Überlappung ist, kann aber der Stein abgelegt werden,

Die Idee ist nun, die Überlappungsbereiche farblich anders darzustellen.
