Author the user story for this feature

As a user, I want to read the data without signing in so I can quickly monitor metrics.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a special mode where users could sign in anonymously and be able to read data only. Should be activated via feature config.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Don't implement this feature.
