As a: User

I want to: Be informed when FlowForge has hit an error

So that: I do not sit waiting for something to happen, when in fact, an error has occurred.

Acceptance Criteria

  • If any API call within FlowForge hits a 500 internal server error, then the user should see visual feedback that something has happened.
