The int128/docker-manifest-create-action action used by the build_container_image workflow introduced a braking change by removing a support for suffixes input. We heavily rely on this input to build a multiarchitecture container image.
The goal of this task is to rewrite the reusable workflow to utilise the latest version of the int128/docker-manifest-create-action action.
