Description

We are getting a lot of feedback that the default Vuetify styling results in too much space, see:

We should make the padding/height options available in ui-theme to make this easier to configure across Dashboard. This is technically possible with custom CSS, but would require a lot of researching of Vuetify classes and be very hacky to build.
