Ability to specify path to manifest.json

I have different font-faces created with each manifest file in different location.

I couldn't figure it put if there is a way to specify a custom manifest through --manifest flag ie. or inside the config.yml. Tried both but seems that only works internally with the file if found in the default locations, otherwise with the generated new one.
