What?

Use Fastly as a CDN/cache layer in front of our Vercel deployment. This will likely require some investigation. For more details, reach out to @gksander and he can (try) to get your more information on the ins and outs!

Starting on this today. I might break this up into more issues since it's a decent amount of work.

A basic Fastly cdn has been set up under : https://nextjs-sanity.global.ssl.fastly.net/

#35 will need to be done if we want to use our own url instead.

This is mostly complete now, pending a couple of other issues completing. Since we do have Fastly CDN / Caching working, I will consider this closed for now and open more specific issues for enhancements in the future.
