Game crashes when trying to load end scene ?

Here is the report:

Well, I have my game saved at the end of the ancient temple level.
I finish off the level and warp out. The screen loads that tells me secrets, 
enemies killed, etc... then I see "loading" for the endscene when it just 
stops and I'm back at my Windows desktop. No error messages.
