Loss of data when phone turned off

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Add contact details to application.
2. Turn off phone.
3. Turn on phone.

Expected behavior

Contact data should be retained in application.

Actual behavior

Contact data had disappeared from application and had to be restored from backup.

How are you storing the contact? In which contact memory - Phone storage, Phone storage (not visible for other apps) or storage created by another app?

It seems my replies are not getting through to Aga-C via email so I'll report here. I solved the problem by deleting all the backups of the contacts and entering new contact data into the app. I guess an empty backup was overwriting the data in Contacts every time I started the phone.
