Change Android "floating window" size/aspect

Feature description

Would've been nice if the "floating window" had the X:Y ratio set according to the actual picture viewed, or that user could resize the window at least

Why do you want this feature?

The actual picture in the screenshot above is the narrow black band, the Gallery's "white mist" above and below are just wasting screen space.
