Describe the bug
My accounts won't sync if my internet connection drops, if I resume my laptop after e.g sharing WiFi from my phone the client always need a restart.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Initial stating client
Computer loses internet connection for let's say 15 minutes
Opening Client
Mailspring are syncimng
Expected behavior

Setup: (please complete the following information):
OS: Ubuntu
OS Version 18.04
Mailspring Version: ex: 1.7.6-e94bb759

Was the same on 19.04, 19.10 and 20.04
