In the rocketchat settings, I have the bot automatically join the livechat (Omnichannel), but the bot does not automatically respond to the user's conversation, is it possible to develop a version that works in livechat(Omnichannel)?

Currently Omnichannel is not included. During Google Summer of Code our Contributor build something for Omnichannel, but that is not merged into my project. I will check it our and if possible I will add it to the connector.
