[Problem] TechDraw have 2 export buttons.

Problem description

I don't think it is good to have 2 separate tools to export in svg and dxf. The OS should support choosing the file format :

Besides, should we have export buttons at all? The menu entry Files/Export should be handling this.

File > Export seems to already handle Technical Drawing export to Svg or Dxf.

So this would only involve removing the 2 convenience buttons and the context menu entries.
