[Problem] Sketcher V0.22 "C, O" shortcut does not work

Problem description

If the "Unify Coincident and PointOnObject" preference is not selected (restart required), the right-click menu available in sketch edit mode offers Sketcher_ConstrainCoincidentUnified with the shortcut "C, O" (Constrain → Constrain coincident). But this shortcut does not work. Enter it fast and you will start Sketcher_ConstrainCoincident (shortcut "C"), enter it slow and you will start Sketcher_ConstrainPointOnObject (shortcut "O").
