Temperature-dependent mechanical material properties

Problem description

It was initially discussed with @davesrocketshop but I think that it's good to document it. Apart from the new advanced material models (#11642), it would be great to be able to specify the temperature dependency of the currently implemented models - linear elasticity and plasticity. CalculiX syntax:

*ELASTIC
E1, ν1, T1
E2, ν2, T2
...

*PLASTIC
σ1, ε1, T1
σ2, ε2, T2
...
