Part Chamfer and Part Design Chamfer are inconsistent

Problem description

Part Design WB Chamfer allows the chamfer to defined with one or two dimensions or an angle.
Part WB Chamfer ignores preselection (actually cancels existing selections, retains the shape selection, but not selected edges) and won't allow definition with angle.
