[On-Going] Resources Page

Many new people to coding, don't know where to look for resources on what they are learning.

We will need to create a page We have a page for posting links to resources that students can use to learn. If you see a good resource that isn't on the page, feel free to make a PR to add it!

I'd like to go ahead and add a resources page if no one has started, will keep similar format..

Also can throw the resources Carson and Myself threw out yesterday in the slack channel and then we can add more as we go

It's meant to be wiki style, so it can be edited and revised as needed. If you want to add some items in an appropriate manner, get with carson on design and add them 👍

this will remain as an open issue so as people find tutorials, books, or other great resources that could help others learn they can add them to this page
