[xfreerdp] rails maximize with HiDef mode broken #10005

connect to a server using HiDef rails mode (default if remote is new enough, server 2012? or newer)
maximize a window
restore it again

the system taskbars are ignored and the maximized window is fullscreen
on restore the window switches back to maximized size

does not happen with legacy rails mode

can easily be tested by adding /app::program:notepad,hidef:off or /app::program:notepad,hidef:on with notepad
