Make distinction between Live and Premiere videos like YT does.

Is this an API value passed along or based on some condition that can be reasonably evaluated from the existing information? I don't know what the difference between these two terms is.

More info about YouTube Premieres:

Live videos are realtime
Premiere videos are prerecorded
