Please describe the feature you would like to see implemented.

Minimum PHP version of shopware is 7.4.
Running "extension prepare" on plugin uses PHP 8.0, which can result in errors while components are installed which are incompatible.

Should we set config.platform.php in composer.json to 7.4?
