varnish 4 is out and we should probably test against it too.

i hope there are no major issues with what we do - but we will for sure need some adaption to the vcl files: https://www.varnish-cache.org/docs/trunk/whats-new/upgrading.html

it seems we can't use the same file for both, but we could check if we can at least share some parts instead of copy-pasting everything.
