I installed the bundle using composer (branch v1.1.*) .
With composer, the path of the bundle is not "app/../vendor/bundles/FOS/OAuthServerBundle/" but "app/../friendsofsymfony/oauth-server-bundle/FOS/OAuthServerBundle/"

What do you want to fix in the doc?
I think Resources/config/security.yml should be fixed instead, path is hardcoded there :)
