Hi,
CONFIG_SCHED_DEBUG is disabled when you set _debugdisable, but CONFIG_LATENCYTOP is always enabled and LATENCYTOP enables SCHED_DEBUG so you can disable LATENCYTOP too or don't disable SCHED_DEBUG
