Consider spam. Telegram provides various bots to fight spammers. However, it's impossible to ban a user entered a group when they haven't posted anything. However, once they posted something even if another bot removes their message the spam message is already caught by teleirc.
Can we delay sending messages to IRC and check if the message is deleted or not?

I am using daysandbox_bot (website) in one group and it removes the spam immediately, but TeleIRC still lets it through to IRC.
Daysandbox Bot is simple yet effective anti-spam bot. The idea is to delete links and forwarded messages written by users joined chatroom in less than 24 hours ago. This technique allows to delete most of spam messages from new users. Downside of this approach is that any chat member older than 1 day can post anything. This is tradeoff between simplicity and efficiency. You get for free a tool that automatically removes lot of spam messages but not all of it.
Maybe TeleIRC could copy this behaviour except only delay by a few minutes instead of blocking entirely?
