wrap post header with "---"

I tried to wrap the header with "---" just like hexo and jekyll do, so those who these blog engines can switch to mdblog.

Other update:

• fix typo
• update dependencies and switch to rust 2021
• output the path of the file with error while occurring PostHeadPaser error

这个项目刚开始时，也这样考虑过，
不过最后决定用连续两个空行进行分割更好看一些，
就按照目前的格式了

目前已有的博客如果升级会导致不能正确渲染的情况，
感觉这个地方还是不修改的好
