Criteria:

Regenesis E2E tests are integrated into CI #1778
- E2E tests use the image of fuel-core built by the CI for the PR
- If the E2E tests fail, the PR is blocked
E2E tests can be run locally via CLI (https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuel-core-regenesis/pull/1)
The fuel-core version can be specified or left blank to default to master (https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuel-core-regenesis/pull/1)
Regensis E2E tests report failures to the current TTY output #1777 (https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuel-core-regenesis/pull/1)
