ATM we version all packages the same. This causes, for example, @fuel-ts/merkle to be bumped in a release even when nothing related to it changes.

People who depend on less frequently updated packages like @fuel-ts/merkle shouldn't see "this is just a bump" updates.

Changesets reduced a lot of this noise IMO
