Navigation Bar - Positions at Risk

When the user's borrowing position is nearing liquidation,

• A warning alert will appear on the user's navigation bar and
• An icon on the My Positions pg row

Expected behavior

1. An alert will appear on the user's navigation bar when their position is nearing liquidation.
2. Clicking on the alert will display a modal dropdown containing the positions at risk.
3. Selecting a specific position from the dropdown will redirect the user to the 'Manage Position' page.
4. On the 'Manage Position' page, the user can take actions such as closing the position, adding more collateral, or repaying the debt.
