Description of issue / requirement to address

There are a few things needed to bring the materials module up to scratch.

Test it, its not particularly well tested at the moment
The interface for temperature use is different between a material and a mixture, these should be unified
It is not possibly to have a material property that optionally depends of any of temperature, pressure or mag field. It is currently hard coded

@ivanmaione I think this covered what we discussed, feel free to edit if I've missed anything!
