比如冒号

在 is_full_quad_punc 中，如果是行间标点（且竖排）应返回 false，以启用前后的 kern。

是不是跟字体有关系？
我这边的例子感觉还可以。（不过竖排行间标点上下位置没有处理，是有些不协调。）
