Add WebAssembly SIMD support #5661

I suggest that SIMD acceleration in WebAssembly is added to the side. It's currently under origin trial Chrome and is planned for Firefox:

It can lead to significant enough performance gains that it's valuable to know which browsers support it even if a SIMD-free fallback is used.
