As of now It is not possible to run Julius-DNN server on RPi3B+ because of limited RAM.

oh so currently what STT are you using for local offline STT?

Pocketsphinx.

i have installed pocketsphinx, it is installed correctly but the accuracy level is very low, hardly it is recognizing true speech, what could be a problem, any help?
