[fix] Responsive Team Page

The Team Page shows a Single card for each person for width lesser than 750px which looks a bit off. So We want to update the design for Smaller Screens. You are free to try any sort of design for the page.

Update : The team page's Responsiveness has been fixed although the design for previous team is same as before.
That needs to be changed for a Uniform Design of the Page.
