Transferring PS2 games shouldn't overwrite existing .cfg files #41

When I transfer PS2 games, all .cfg files in the CFG directory get regenerated with new titles.
Anything else from the file is deleted.

It would be nice to add a check if cfg files already exist and then skip those.

Only the CFGs of the games being installed are regenerated it's normal I want that if the user reinstalls his game there is a new clean CFG that is regenerated because it will add a compatibility mode if necessary

At least if I understood your question correctly.
