Describe the bug of the extension

When testing the crazygames ad API on crazygames' website, the banner ads are not displayed on top of the game.

Steps to reproduce

Open the crazygames demo example, and export it to HTML5
Import the game into Crazygames' QA tool as an HTML5 game
Click the "request banners" button after the demo has loaded
Note how despite the QA tool claiming that the Ad was visible, it was not.
