Missing/Needed

Please Explain in Detail:

A discusssion with @aoles about the particulars on this route revealed, that access:conditional is indeed "respected" by the openrouteservice.

"Respected" in quotes, since the graphhopper code responsible for this seems to disregard "seasonal" conditional access values when building the graph, meaning a way with access:conditional=no @ (Nov 01-Jun 14) is not included in a graph built in the disallowed time.

Your Proposal for Changes:

We should document this.
