  • the number of changesets and their geographic extend qualify them to be a central part of the oshdb. Moving them from posgres to the core of oshdb would be preffered. But: Changesets are more commonly searched by id then by extention (in contrast do general osm-data)

maybe add anon_changesets_agreed (whatever that is...) https://planet.openstreetmap.org/users_agreed/
