[GT-184] API Credential Improvements on Site page

When viewing a site in GOCDB and it's API Credentials in the portal, a user should be able to:

• see the time the credential was last renewed (similar to how we currently display the last used time).
• renew (and hence take ownership of, if necessary) a credential without otherwise editing it (i.e. a renew button)

• Are we allowing the user to click the Edit button. If so, we can provide a renew button which user can click to renew the time (Current time if they click the button).

• Is it we are offering the user that they have a option to click renew without clicking Edit button ?

We want to retain the existing Edit Button and it's functionality - which is to allow a user to change the Identifier, which in turns means they and renew it and take onwership of it.

We want new functionality, i.e. a new Renew Button, that allows a user to renew the Identifier, which in turn means they take onwership of it without any risk of changing the Identifier itself.

• in this case, if the renewing user isn't the current owner, we probably should have a pop up explaining that, if they proceed, renewing "will link user 'X' to this credential." - where X is the renewing user.
