Hello, I was wondering whether it would be possible to follow the evolution of the GEMC_NpT simulation with VMD in a Supercomputer such as Cray XK7. For what I've read so far, I've only understood I could follow the simulation in a single box but not both at the same time. Also, I would like to know if there is a guide for simple installation of VMD on a user's account in a supercomputer. Thanks in advance !
